Phylinae belongs to Miridae of Heteroptera. The subfamily consists of the following five tribes:Auricillocorini, Hallodapini, Leucophoropterini, Phylini, Pilophorini. There are total 314 genera, in which 2303 species have been documented in this subfamily. Most of them are distributed in the Palaearctic, Nearctic ecozone, the Ethiopian and Oriental.Based on the past three years of research and systematic classification of the Phylinae distributed in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the author discovered 4 tribes,34 genera,73 species, including a new record genus of China:Monocris V.G.Putshkov, 1974, a new recorded species of China:Monocris griseolus V.GPutshkov, 1974 and a new species:Plagiognathus pratensis Tselmeg sp.nov.in Phylinae. In this paper, all four tribes of Phylinae from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Auricillocorini, Hallodapini, Phylini and Pilophorini are described in detail. The description of morphology and male genitalia were compiled both verbally and by depiction through drawings and photographs. The catalogue and retrieval list of classification of Phylinae from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are composed in this thesis as well.
