The present dissertation mainly deals with the classification of Lygus complex (Hemiptera-Miridae-Mirini) from Mongolia-Xinjiang Region, China. 34 species belonging to 5 genera in Lygus complex are recorded including 1 new species (Apolygus brevirostris sp. nov.). The morphological and genital illustrations of new species are provided and some species from Mongolia-Xinjiang Region are revised. The faunistic analysis of Lygus complex from Mongolia-Xinjiang Region displayed that the Palaeartic species dominate among all species, the species only belonging to Palaeartic 15, occupy 44.1 percent; 14 joint species are confined in Palaeartic and Oriental, accounting for 41.2%; 3 joint species are confined in Palaearctic and Nearctic, accounting for 8.8%; 2 joint species are confined in Palaearctic, Oriental and Nearctic, accounting for 5.9%. In Mongolia-Xinjiang Lygus complex bugs were rich in Northern-China, Western-Plateau and Central-China, accounting for 52.9, 35.3 and 32.4 percent respectively.
