Insects specimens of Phylinae in collection of the College of Life sciences and technology, Inner Mongolia Normal University were studied in the past few yews.In this paper, 4 genus of this subfamily included Macrotylus, Monosynamma, Salicarus, Tuponia were taxonomically studied. Through scientific identification and analysis, 15 species were recognized including 1 new species of genus Tuponia (Tuponia qii sp.nov.). Genus Monosynamma and species Salicarus roseri Herrich-Schaeffer, 1838 and Monosynamma bohemani Fallen, 1829 were recorded for the first time in China and Macrotylus zinovievi Kerzhner, 1984 was recorded for the first time in Inner Mongolia. Morphological characters of the species were described and male genitalia were compared and figured. All the species were noted and keys to genus and species were given in order to provide base references for the further taxonomic study.
