Guangdong Province development the marine economy is still extensive production methods, so how to development the model of efficient low-carbon marine economy in Guangdong Province have great significance.At the first, the article defines the concepts and theories the expounded, secondly use of the SWOT analysis the status quo of the development of marine efficient and low-carbon economy in Guangdong Province, analyses from four aspects were the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats, then use AHP quantitative analysis Guangdong Province marine efficient and low-carbon policy, use Gray Correlation Method research the Marine relationship between various industries and GDP in Guangdong Province,provide a theoretical basis for the marine industry policy formulation. This study is divided into six chapters, they are:The first chapter is an introduction, major discusses the thesis background and significance, domestic and foreign research status and research’s purpose and significance,propose innovative and shortcomings of the article.The second chapter is describes and definition the related concepts. Definition of the concept of marine economy used to further determine the industry involved in the marine economy, definition of the model of marine efficient and low-carbon economy to clear the research of this paper. Through the theory of industrial policy and sustainable development elaborated, obtain that the model of marine effective low-carbon economy can be more conducive to marine industrial structure adjustment and future development.The third chapter is SWOT analysis for efficient and low-carbon development model of Guangdong marine economy. Analyzed by the current situation of the model of efficient low-carbon development of Guangdong marine, And eventually formed SWOT Analysis Matrix.The fourth chapter is empirical analysis for efficient and low-carbon development model of Guangdong marine economy.
