Land use is the human interaction with the natural world of the results show that the process contains a large number of human activities and natural environment information, to reveal the regional personnel- land relationship is significant evolution. Irrational use of forest land will lead to regional grassland degradation, desertification, soil erosion, and the loss of a lot of sediment often blockage in downstream rivers, reservoirs and lakes. This is not only for sustainable development in the region poses a serious threat to the ecological environment is more critical health and socio-economic and ecological areas throughout the region bordering sustainability. This study selected land use / cover change more severe subtropical region intermediate scale- Ganzhou, Ganzhou investigate temporal changes in land use.In this paper, selected in 2000, 2004, 2009 and 2014 a total of four remote sensing image data, through interactive visual interpretation methods to establish Ganzhou complete 15 years of land use spatial database, combined with GIS space analysis, remote sensing, CA-Markov and scenario analysis, from the city, county two spatial scales Ganzhou nearly five years(2000- 2014) land use patterns, processes and quantitative analysis of trends, but also 2018 brother-use change were predicted. But also combined with CA-Markov model prediction is derived, resulting in future land use trends, to provide professional guidance for future policy development. Based on the 2000- LAND USE CHANGE 2014 features in-depth analysis made the following findings:(1) arable land continued to decline. A significant increase(2) of urban construction land.(3) water area increased steadily.(4) increasing urban green space.(5) Other types of sites have changed.Fifteen years, Ganzhou greatest change of arable land, a total reduction of about 1327km2, a reduction of 40%. From a global perspective, mainly arable land into urban construction land. In 2000--2004 large decrease of forest area, the rest of the period on the rise. The construction land in the entire period are in constant accelerate growth. Grass except in 2000- to reduce the 2004, the rest of the rest of the period are in growth performance. Mainly due to the construction of cities and towns will be supplied with a large number of urban green belt, often also with a corresponding increase in its accelerated construction of facilities as the grass of urbanization construction. Grassland and construction land, forest land and buildings, and between arable land and construction land transfer process system, the cost of growth over the last decade Ganzhou city construction land and forest land is agricultural land to reduce a dynamic shift mode. By Ganzhou driving force of land use change factor comprehensive analysis showed that:(1) Social factors: population distribution and guiding role changes and government policies.(2) Economic factors, such as: economic growth, improve people’s living standards are on the land use spatial distribution and variation of Ganzhou have a significant impact.
