Fujian is located in the southeastern coast of China, Taiwan and the sea, isimportant one of sea provinces. Fujian subtropical maritime monsoon climate, thecloud and dongfeng take double the weather system of frequent influence, but alsoby the Taiwan strait unique topography of narrow tube produces the effect is theocean meteorological disasters incidence provinces, disasters, types, intensity.Throughout the year all possible hail, dragon coil, squall line etc strongconvective weather happen. The severe weather for grid security has very bigeffect.The project hope to pass to severe weather studies have concluded futureweather for grid disaster index, which can be analyzed quantitatively futureweather for grid of harm degree, make the dispatching departments according tothe forecast future harm degree, combining the actual condition, the author putsforward the grid key circuits tide control, operation mode adjustment strategy.And can make use of meteorological information to help find the cause of theaccident (such as pour pole, feeder, etc.), for scheduling department accidenttreatment and accident analysis provides the basis, improve fujian grid securityand stability.The following respects work is completed:1)Introduced the application technology based on Web framework andsystem application development technology. Including B/S model, Webapplication technology framework, asp.net and Web Service, And to the warningsystem modeling method research; Also introduced warning system databasetechnique, and through the present main concentration data mining algorithm ofcomparative analysis, chose this topic USES the method, and finally analyses the main meteorological disasters in fujian province of three kinds of meteorologicaldisasters (winds, thunderstorm, precipitation) and the climate characteristics ofgrid meteorological disasters.2)Design of fujian province, grid meteorological disaster early-warningsystem mathematical model. According to the wind power grid meteorologicaldisasters, thunderstorm warning index grid meteorological disasters early-warningindex and precipitation grid meteorological disaster early-warning index, analyzesthe existing technology used in method and problems, according to the problemsof the nature and features, this article classified the neural network based on datamining algorithm to increase the accuracy of disaster warning.3)Design of fujian province, China meteorological disaster warning grid, thesystem can analysis subsystem, thunderstorm and precipitation winds caused bygrid meteorological disasters. The accident of power network respectively onhistory of meteorological disasters retrieval subsystem, real-time meteorologicaldisaster monitoring subsystem, meteorological disaster early-warning subsystemand the load forecast forecast service subsystem design; And completed databasedesign work; Finally introduce a system used for disaster technical backup.
