Simulation Study On Coal Mine Safety Capability Based On System Dynamics

As one of the pillar industries in China,the coal industry has been concerned about its production safety.In recent years,with a series of measures taken by the state and the relevant competent departments,the mortality rate per million tons of China's mining industry have been reduced year by year,and the situation of safety in production has continued to improve.However,compared with the developed countries of coal industry in the world,the security situation is still quite severe.Therefore,we need to improve the safety ability of coal mining enterprises,to further improve their production safety.In the present research on coal mine safety ability,most of them are qualitative theoretical analysis,lack of quantitative dynamic analysis,and systematic and scientific analysis is insufficient.Based on the relevant theory and the current research literature on coal mine safety ability,this paper analyzed its connotation and construct system.Then through the statistical analysis of the heavy accidents in the coal mine enterprises in recent five years,sum up the main influencing factors affecting the coal mine safety ability,analysis and exposition the specific influencing factors among these factors.Then construct the influence factor system of coal mine safety ability.Finally,the system dynamics model of coal mine safety capability is constructed by using the method and theory of system dynamics,which lays the groundwork for the simulation of the model.Applied the qualitative and quantitative analysis method in system dynamics,this paper simulates and analyzes the coal mine safety capability model in a coal mine,observes and analyzes the dynamic change trend of the coal mine safety capability.And through the contrast simulation analysis,the exploration enhances the coal mine safety ability the better path.Combined with simulation analysis and the necessity of improving the safety ability of coal mine enterprises,the paper puts forward some measures to improve the safety ability of coal mine from five aspects,such as safety behavior ability and safety equipment ability and so on.It points out the direction and provides the theoretical basis for improving the safety ability of coal mining enterprises,and it is a great significance for the long-term safety development of coal industry.
