Fujin national wetland park is located in the south of Fujin City, Heilongjiang Province, which is the middle of the Sanjiang Plant and Qixinghe. The park has abundant aquatic plants, with emergent plants and submerged plants mainly. This research has established10sampling stations in the park. Collecting water samples from each stations has conducted qualitative and the quantitative investigation to the plankton, separately in June, August, and October2012. Three plankton diversity indexes are applied to assess the water quality conditions in the park, Besides, according to the multidimensional scaling (MDS) method, plankton community structure characteristics are analyzed.Total of7phylal26species were identified, which is mainly with bacillariophyta and chlorella. Biomass and abundance of phytoplankton had significant differences in the season between the various categories, which primarily related to changes in water temperature within the park, while the level of difference between all sampling points and the season was not significantly different.52species of zooplankton, a total of four classes, which give priority to rotifer. Analyzing from the total abundance and biomass of rotifer from large to small sorting was:June> August>October. The dominant species and common species of phytoplankton in the park had large differences. Polyarthra trigla and Nauplii is the dominant species through the year, while the dominant species and common species of zooplankton were unchanged. MDS analysis showed that there are many differences in plankton stricter. According to three bio-diversity indexes, the water environment was light pollution in June and August. Meanwhile, water environmen was of moderately pollutedin October.
