In the wetland ecosystem,biodiversity plays an important role in maintaining the stability and sustainability of the wetland ecosystem,and soil nematode is one of the main dominant groups of soil animals in the wetland ecosystem,so it is of great significance in the maintenance of various ecological functions of the wetland ecosystem.Study of wetland nematode in China started late,the more dispersed,related research mostly concentrated in the delta,tideland,salt marsh wetland,such as reports of China's Tibet wetland soil nematodes are the lalu wetland in Lhasa and ba ga snow wetlands,but about southeast of Tibet wetland distribution characteristics of soil nematodes community research,has not been reported.Yani National Wetland Park is located at the intersection of Niyang river and Yarlung Zangbo River in Nyingchi,Tibet Autonomous Region,with typical characteristics of plateau river wetland and high value of ecological protection,development and utilization.Yani National Wetland Park is located in one of the key biogeographic areas of biodiversity protection.This article to understand Tibet Nyingch yanni wetland park,the diversity of soil nematodes community,brought to the campus of different types of land within the range of 0?20 cm of soil nematodes community investigation,shallow dish method is used to separate the soil nematodes,use nematodes individual density,biodiversity index and nutritional groups such as analysis of the diversity of soil nematodes community characteristic and the structure characteristics,and analysis of soil physical and chemical properties in the park and the relationship between soil nematodes community diversity.The results are as follows:(1)10 995 soil nematodes were isolated from six soil samples of different types in Yanni National Wetland Park.The individual density was 5?834·100g-1dry soil,and the average density was 175·100 g-1dry soil,belonging to 35genera,26 families,2 classes,6 orders,and 6 orders of Nematodes.(2)The vertical distribution of soil nematodes in the wetland park showed surface clustering.(3)Due to the close geographical location of different land types,there is little difference between annual average temperature and annual rainfall,thus Aphelenchoides is a common dominant genus of farmland,shrub,grassland and enclosed grassland.(4)Soil nematode communities of different land types in wetland park have diversity.The more abundant the composition genus of soil nematode community,the greater the evenness and diversity of soil nematode community,and the highest diversity of grassland nematode in wetland park.(5)In the whole wetland park,soil nematodes are mainly composed of fungi.During the decomposition of soil organic matter in the wetland park,fungi contribute a lot,and the life cycle strategy is mainly R-strategy.(6)The soil health degree of farmland is the highest,but the soil health degree of willow forest is poor.(7)The grassland is subject to greater external disturbance and has higher stability.(8)The composition of soil nematode community in Yanni Wetland Park was mainly affected by soil ammonium nitrogen and pH,but not significantly correlated with soil water content.The changes of soil physical and chemical properties will directly or indirectly affect the growth of aboveground vegetation and microbial activities to change the soil nematode community.
