Study On Landscape Resources Evaluation And Negative Value Conversion Of Guling Tourist Resort

With the increasing economic development and people’s living standards, people want to stay away from reinforced concrete, increasingly strong desire to return to nature. Scenic view on the current situation, the role of tourist resort for people seems to just stay in tourism, Lack of a deeper understanding of its landscape value, economic value, cultural and social values, paying little attention to the destruction development of numerous tourist resort, tourist resort landscape and protecting the environment appears negative bearing capacity and resources of its landscape value and cause little attention. Currently, many tourist resorts have many resources exist but can not be converted into a high-quality view, landscape resources are not subject to rational allocation and utilization, the work of protection and updating the scenic resource are not implemented into practice, causing the appearance of negative values and resulting in waste of resources of the landscape. Therefore, the scenic landscape transformation and renewal which has negative value is particularly important.This study evaluated the landscape resources of the ancient town of Guling. Using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, in the form of questionnaires to collect data, from the tourist point of view, to grasp the needs each degree scenic landscape resources of tourists, establish an objective professional evaluation system, using DPS data analysis to process data, Final obtained the evaluation results of the scenic, combining the results of the evaluation status of the scenic landscape resources, to analyze their strengths and weaknesses exist in the landscape, and transform of the landscape there is a negative value, and further improve the quality of the scenic landscape.The main elements of the study include:(1) with the assessment of the Guling tourist resort landscape resource and the content which is converted from negative values, outlining the theoretical basis of this study related;(2) by access to a lot of literature, selection of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods to evaluate the Guling resort landscape resources, on the basis of expert advice to select23evaluation factors to set a evaluation system related to the establishment of landscape resources;(3) the use of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was evaluated seven representative attractions, with DPS data analysis system for processing the data collected from the questionnaires, the final result combined with status of scenic resources, analysis and discuss the existence of negative value of the landscape, the corresponding comments and suggestions, and provide theoretical guidance for the development of scenic spots.Conclusions of this study include:(1) establish a scientific evaluation system of landscape resources, divided into a comprehensive evaluation, factors and the evaluation factors;(2) the use of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, selected the methods of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive analysis combining objective evaluation of the current situation on the scenic, and converted the landscape which has negative value;(3) combined with evaluation results and the status quo, comments and suggestions on the development of scenic spots, in order to regulate the healthy development of scenic spots.
