In response to President Xi Jinping used Kuliang history as the historical testimony of friendship between China and USA, Fuzhou City is trying hard to construct Kuliang as well-known national tourist resort in the West Coast of the Taiwan Strait. While the development and construction of tourist resort will certainly lead to the regional landscape pattern changes, and cause a series of ecological environment problems. Using the landscape ecology index to evaluate the tourist resort general planning effecting on the regional landscape pattern and forecast the disturbing influence on landscape ecological environment caused by human activities can help us avoid severe damage to landscape during the resort construction process. The study can effectively protect the resort and the surrounding environment and resources, which has the great significance to sustainable development of the resort. The thesis used remote sensing and geographic information system technology to obtain the basis information of the study area, and study on landscape evaluation of national tourism resort general planning in Kuliang from three aspects. Firstly, we analyzed the landscape pattern change of the national tourist resort general planning in Kuliang. Secondly, by establishing the reasonable evaluation system and using the projection pursuit method in determining weights of indicators, the thesis quantitatively analyzed the effect of human development activities on resort vegetation landscape. Lastly, we analyzed the effects of road networks on the regional landscape ecological in study area. The main conclusions were listed as follow:(1) From 2012 to 2021, the land use and landscape pattern of national tourism resort in Kuliang will have great change. Area of forest and water has reducing; other types of construction land use area have slightly increased. After planning, the study region has a high degree of landscape fragmentation; landscape patches shape will tend to be regular and simple; patch type showed a trend of equalization distribution in the landscape.(2) Through analyzing the tourism development activities impact on vegetation landscape, the result shows that most scenic spot in the Kuliang resort is not very strongly disturbed by human activities. Only tea expo garden, bus parking lot, mountain bike track, happy farm and tea garden scenic areas are under strong disturbance. These areas have a great impact on vegetation landscape artificial where human activity is frequent and buildings concentrate in the area.(3) In the study area, the ecosystem area which is impacted by primary road is the largest, then the area impacted by branch road and lowest trails. In road planning, branch roads make the maximum impact on ecosystem area, followed by main road and trails. From the patch numbers perspective, branch road affect patch numbers are more than trails and main road. Forest land is the largest land use type influenced by road, followed by the cultivated land and construction land. The road grade is higher, the impact on forest land is greater; while on the contrary, the road grade is lower, the impact on cultivated land is greater.(4) The formation of the road network quickly enhanced its impact strength on the landscape, and intensified the fragmentation degree of regional ecological system. As the increasing lower-grade road length, the fragmentation degree of ecosystem is obviously increasing, that indicates the existence of low grade road has a larger contribution to the change of patch number and area, especially the existence of the branch road.(5) The existing roads make the probability of connectivity index value decreased about 11.04% in the whole study area.Combined with planning roads’impacts, the average probability of connectivity index value in the study area is decreased about 12.37%. This means that the barrier effect of road network on the ecological process is obvious. From analysis of the barrier effect caused by road network, it has different impact degree on different ecological process. When the diffusion distance is 2000 m, the degree of barrier effect reaches its maximum, and it means that the barrier effect of road network has stronger influence on weak-diffusion ecological processes.
