With the transformation of China’s economic growth mode,optimizing the economic structure and levels of consumption upgrading process,ecological and cultural tourism in recent years has become a popular new way to travel,since the travel way can economic,social and ecological benefits effectively combine more and more attention to the current government,so it has become more popular in the area of industrial development,Enshi economic development is relatively backward,which belongs to remote ethnic regions,subject to infrastructure such as:transportation,information patency limit educational situation,and so the technology,but also still retains the original natural scenery and traditional cultural practices,so that the natural structure in terms of a perfect eco-cultural environment,has brought to the development of local tourism new business opportunities.Since the 12 th,enshi ecological cultural tourism,and obtained the better achievement,but also exposed such as ecological destruction,environmental pollution,such problems as ethnic culture pin,in this context,to explore ecological culture tourism resource development countermeasure,to regulate the behavior of ecological culture tourism resource development,promoting the healthy development of relevant industries have important practical guiding significance.This research mainly from the following several aspects: first,the research status at home and abroad were reviewed and analyzed and discussed,and the ecological concept and features of cultural tourism.Second,according to the reality of the ecological culture tourism resources,carry on the reasonable classification of ecological culture tourism resources,and to explore the characteristics of ecological culture tourism resources.Third,to establish ecological culture tourism resources evaluation system,and carries on the quantitative evaluation of ecological culture tourism resources.Fourth,analyze the current ecological and cultural tourism resources of the main problems existing in the construction and development.Finally the article by the results of quantitative evaluation and qualitative analysis for the ecological culture tourism resources development and puts forward somecountermeasures and Suggestions.The main innovation points in this study and studies the quantitative assessment of tourism resources of enshi,and on this basis puts forward ecological cultural tourism resources development and protection countermeasures,conducive to the sustainable development to the ecological culture tourism industry.
