| Like most startups, JZ company encounters many problems in human resource management as a small medium enterprise. Based on the in-depth analysis about the JZ’s present situation of human resource management, MBA theoretical knowledge and multiple communication with top of the company, this paper decides to design HRMS from four important aspects of organization structure, manpower planning, salary system and performance management in simple, efficient, practical and sustainable principle. In addition, it also puts forward the corresponding design principles and concrete implementation plan.Related to methods of empirical analysis, logic reasoning and comparative analysis, through field surveys, theoretical knowledge and related similar cases, this paper designs HRMS ranged over four important aspects of organization structure, manpower planning, salary system and performance management and advanced corresponding countermeasures and practices in order to build a set of simple and feasible human resources management system which accords with the characteristics of company in start-up stage. Combining with Manpower planning and JZ’s medium-term development strategy, HRMS aims to increase the operation efficiency with flattening organizational structure, to stimulate staffs work enthusiasm by constructing a variety of promotion and pay increase channels through salary system, and to realize the target consistency by integrating individual and team through merit assessment.This design of the HRM system can guide JZ company’s human resources management, at the same time for other small and medium-sized enterprises also has a certain reference value for human resources management system construction. |
