The Lanzhou Petrochemical Company belongs to Petrochina Company Limited. Now, The Lanzhou Petrochemical Company is the biggest oil refining-chemical engineering enterprise in China western region.Measuring management system as a part of enterprise management system, From the purchase management, producing process control to sell management, Measuring management have prominent function. But now measuring management system do not adopt the development of The Lanzhou Petrochemical Company completely.To solve this problem, we should make a reengineering to Measuring management system in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company. Business process reengineering has become one of main enterprise reform theories, which emphasizes reconstruction of professional process. The characteristic of enterprise reengineering is fundamental, radical and dramatic. The guiding principle is based on customer first, personal basis and thorough reform, and the key field is professional process. With analysis of interaction among sectors that compose professional process, It is realized that information contact plays an important role in enterprise reengineering.To set up new measuring management process .We may meet many resistance and obstacle, We need overcome it in the fulfillment, At same time the new process will give us many advantage in Measuring management, It will increase the level and efficiency of measuring management, So Business process reengineering is a good way to enhance the level of enterprise measuring management.
