Application Of A SWOT Quantitative Model In The Stratagem Programming Of Steel Structure Enterprises

With the developing of market economy, the surroundings enterprises faced become more complex. In order to survive in the severe competition, it's necessary to form a feasible stratagem by using the scientific and reasonable method. However, there is more qualitative analysis in the traditional stratagem programming methods which tend to make mistakes. Therefore, it's significant to advance a stratagem programming method combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis.By comparing traditional stratagem programming methods, the thesis chooses SWOT method as the research basis. Using the quantitative SWOT model of marketing stratagem for reference, the thesis redefines the key variables, and improves the model by introducing the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy evaluation. The thesis calls the improved model SWOT quantitative model.Then, it explores the application of the SWOT quantitative model in the stratagem programming of steel structure enterprises. The thesis takes HongLu Corporation as an example and gives the decision-makers of steel structure enterprises a method for analyzing the stratagem surroundings and choosing stratagem project.Finally, in order to give some directions for practice, it gives some advice for the stratagem programming of common enterprises by using the study outcomes.
