On the land use of all kinds of human activities in the change of land use structure. Because of different human activities, lead to the change of land use structure and presents the differences; Differences of land use structure, and affect the output benefit of land and diversified. The rational use of land use structure, to promote the coordinated and sustained development of the land use system also positive impetus to improve the social, economic and ecological benefits of land use. The optimization of land use structure, land saving and intensive land, improve land comprehensive benefits, and to realize sustainable utilization of land resources has great practical significance. Analysis of land use structure optimization for land resources in the economic and social development play a more reasonable, scientific, efficient and sustainable use efficiency is of great significance.In this paper, the use of nanan in 2009 and 2013 annual land change survey data, according to the national survey of land use classification system, selected the overall composition of number representation of land use structure in the area of around class type, land use degree, regional significance three aspects to carry on the analysis, and select the relevant quantitative indicators, quantitative analysis of land use structure, the results are as follows:(1) The nanan regional difference of land use structure has the obvious characteristic:the regional differences of cultivated land distribution is obvious, most of the people’s southeast and coastal plains and river valley basin in the west and relatively low proportion of cultivated land and per capita area of quanzhou city is lower than per capita levels and per capita level of fujian province; Park area is less, and the southern section of intensive distribution area in the central area; Woodland occupies proportion is big, mainly distributed in the north west-the villages and towns and forestry; Mainly distributed in urban and rural construction land mainly concentrated in urban areas and coastal villages and towns; Lack of rural residential land planning guidance, scattered layout, a "number", "total" and "small", "low quality" and "scattered" characteristics, relatively large per capita land, unused land area of less, lack of reserve cultivated land resources, farmland is difficult; At the same time, the existing land use of cultivated land quantity reduce, increase of non-agricultural construction land use efficiency and productivity is not high, the low degree of intensive construction land use.(2)Dynamic change of land use structure, research shows that:1. The nanan the change of land use structure is influenced by natural factors and social economic factors, especially plays a role of uncertainty of social and economic factors.2. Nanan still offers a dynamic change of land use structure change, in a constantly adjust and optimize the process, but the overall performance shows a tendency of gradually stabilized. Based on the dynamic change of land use structure in nanan analysis, forecasting nanan trend of land use structure adjustment.(3) By building linear programming model, and setting up the appropriate variable, the introduction of relevant constraint conditions, considering the social, economic and ecological benefits, the structural optimization of land use plan.(4) Aimed at the status and characteristics of nanan’s economic and social development, put forward the safeguard measures of land use structure optimization, to relieve contradiction of population and land, improve land use integrated benefits, promote the sustainable utilization of land resources to provide a certain basis.
