JYXC Special Steel Co.,Ltd is the core enterprise of the Hong Kong CITIC Pacific and is affiliated to CITIC Group. It has8000employees, with3500thousand tons of special steel production capacity. In2012, its sales income was35billion yuan, prof its and taxes reached2billion600million yuan. It is a special steel enterprise in the leading position which have the largest production capacity and the best effectiveness. In this paper, the special bars and wire rods of the JYXC Special Steel are set as the case of study.(Because the special steel plate is in development, this paper does not involve the special steel plate content) In this paper,2013-2020, the next eight years, in order to build the world’s most competitive steel enterprises, adjust product structure as determined by the main attack direction—bearing steel, automotive steel two steel do a more comprehensive study.
