Change Of Japanese Enterprise Culture And Its Enlightenments On The Construction Of Chinese Enterprise Culture

In the 1980s enterprise culture, as an advanced management theory and method, was introduced into China. The fact was that we attached no significance on it, which resulted in the underdeveloped enterprise culture in China for a long time. To enhance the development of Chinese enterprise culture, we must adhere to the fine Chinese tradition, combine the experience of enterprise management with our process of modernization, and borrow the successful experience of cultural construction as well as enterprise cultural theories and method. Only in this way can we establish the remarkable enterprise culture with distinct Chinese characteristics.Based on the understanding of our processors, this thesis outlines the study on Japanese enterprise culture, combining its features, functions, seeming detriments and adjustments in the new era, from which we could gain some enlightenments on the construction of Chinese enterprise culture.
