A Study On The Experience Of The State-owned Enterprise Culture Construction And The Enlightenment

The concept of corporate culture which is introduced into China since 1984 was arousing the business community and academia’s continuing attention. Corporate culture means in the development process, the enterprise itself in order to adapt to the external economic environment and coordinate the internal relationship gradually form an common goals、mission、code of ethics、value pursuit and code of conduct which can condense and motivate enterprise management and stuff’s enthusiasm、creative、initiative and the sense of belonging, is the soul and spiritual pillar of an enterprise.With the rapid development of economy, the competition among enterprises has been raised to the level of culture, how to strengthen the enterprise culture construction has attracted the attention of many entrepreneurs, and they had put it into an important part of the enterprise development strategy and modern scientific management. Under the background of economic globalization, master the focus of corporate is the key to the sustainable development.At first, this paper discusses the concepts of state-owned enterprise culture, and then reviewed the history and achievements of the cultural construction of state-owned enterprises, apply the enterprise culture construction of China FAW Group Corporation as a case analysis, sum up the development process 、achievements and problems of it, on the basis of it, thearticle brings about strategic advises of the state-owned enterprise culture construction from four aspect which is include clear the basic choice of the state-owned enterprise culture construction、create a scientific governance structure of enterprise culture 、 create a good atmosphere of enterprise culture construction and building high quality enterprise culture construction team. Though this paper, we strive to provide theoretical support and reference of the cultural construction of state-owned enterprises.
