At present,China's huge demand on the instrument has attracted more and more foreign investment in China,such as Emerson,Danfoss,Cologne and other companies,are beginning to invest a lot of money in the establishment of China production workshop.The access of foreign investors have had a great impact on China's traditional instrument manufacturers,in order to better cope with the pressure of market competition,many domestic enterprises began to actively develop new products,to occupy the domestic market in a short period of time.Therefore,the research on the market development has become the focus of attention of the Chinese meter market at present.This paper starts from the current situation of China's instrument market,and based on the relevant theories of domestic and international market development,and marketing,C Company is used as a case to conduct in-depth research.Issues surrounding the development direction of current situation,facing the main competition,in-depth analysis of the C company's products-Intelligent natural gas meter competition situation in the market of the gas meter,and analysis the reasons of the failure for the promotion of the products in the market.According to our country's current political situation,economic environment and instrument industry now and instrument industry present structure situation,put forward to promote the intelligent gas meter to countermeasures and suggestions of market development.In this paper,an intelligent gas meter in the process of market development in the failed product of C Company is mainly due to the C Company for the target market and target population is not clear positioning,market segmentation system,coupled with the company under the general strategy of policy marketing and not enough.This paper suggests that C company should change the concept of the market,taking the market as the center to guide product market,pay attention to competitors,competitive positioning with different strategy,the positive development of agents,improve customer service,enhance technological innovation strength,increase the investment on technology.These suggestions which can make the relevant enterprises in our country to learn from to better conduct market development.
