With the development of technology and economy globalization, more and more corporations realize that it will be very difficult to exist in the market environment with so intense competition. In 1980s, west corporations, particularly the multinational corporations begin to adjust their strategies and transform the relationship from antagonism to collaboration, one of most important type is to establish corporation strategic alliances in technology. Many facts prove that it is very significant in enhancing the efficiency and sharing the risk of technology innovation for corporations to establish corporation strategic alliances in technologyAutomobile industry is the important mainstay industry and after entering the WTO, there will be a great change for the automobile industry of China. The automobile market develops from close to open, from government dominant to market dominant and participates the international working-flow. The Chinese automobile industry will survive and develop or not depends on the corporations have the global eyes and market competition abilities.But the reality is that there are many problems that the Chinese automobile industry should face to, for example: lack of independent brands, weakness of R&D abilities, adverse balance of trade deficit, etc. How far will it for China to reduce the gaps and catch up with the world automobile great powers?By studying and analyzing the corporation strategic alliances and the history and the status of Chinese automobile industry in this article, we are trying to find the abuse of the developing patterns of Chinese automobile industry at this stage. Thus put forward the measures for Chinese automobile industry to take to develop independently, that isbasing on the strategic alliances, developing the Chinese automobileindustry that owns the independent right of intelligence.
