With the development of society and the advent of knowledge economy age, there are large numbers of industrial technology innovation strategic alliances in the world. They are the main ways to improve capacity of the knowledge innovation and the technical competitiveness for alliance members. Knowledge innovation is foundation of management innovation and technological innovation. Knowledge innovation is the important resource for the development of organizations. At the same time, knowledge innovation is the motivation for the development of industrial technology innovation strategic alliances. This article studied the knowledge innovation from the perspective of system dynamics, which can explore the new ways of knowledge innovation and find out the key factors affecting knowledge innovation through simulation analysis. Through the optimization of the key.factors, it will enhance the ability of knowledge innovation and provide the power of sustainable development for alliance.After researching the theory of domestic and foreign, we think industrial technology innovation strategic alliances have three subjects:enterprises, universities and technology. Analyze the factors which affect the knowledge innovation of alliances subject and build on the model of knowledge innovation motivation. The author gets data by questionnaire and analyzed simulation for each models by Vensim software to find the critical path and the key factors affecting the knowledge innovation of alliances. This article put forward countermeasures to improve the ability of industrial technology innovation strategic alliances members. This article comes up with measures to improve the innovation ability. All will provide motivation and theory for industrial technology innovation strategic alliances to develop stable, continuously and quickly.
