Demonstration Research Of Corporation Knowledge Management Stratagem Base On HNT Model

Knowledge management have been focus of theory and corporation's studying and practicing, and studying of knowledge management stratagem is importance part in studying of knowledge management. It has very importance function in comprehending panorama of knowledge management, clarifying developmental direction of knowledge management action and avoiding inefficient use of knowledge resource.First, the paper summarize and discuss the academic basement and thereunder of corporation knowledge management stratagem. Then author use class guide line of knowledge management stratagem advised by Hansen, Nohria&Tierney, cover basic attributes of the proposed strategic knowledge management strategy classification, Enterprise knowledge management strategy will be divided into two basic strategies: codification strategies and personalization strategy.
