With the advent of knowledge economy, high-tech enterprises come forthcontinuously. Human resource becomes more and more important and activated.Taking advantage of persons with ability and encourage them continuously is thedeterminant for enterprises to gain long competitive power,Encouragement is thekennel of human resource management. Thereby it is a subject that enterprises mustthink over to improve whole diathesis of personnel and inspire potential and activityof every kind of stuff. This paper synthetically applies many theories of human resource managementand economics such as demand arrangement theory of Maslow,double factors ofHerzberg,expectancy theory of Vroom,equity theory of Adams,manpower capitaltheory,knowledge value theory etc to analysis the actuality and problems of humanresource management of T Company. It also expatiates problems of encouragementthat affect development of the company. It provides thoughts,methods and materialmeasure according encouragement from six aspects such as realizing equity of salarysystem with more point of view;Building up perfect evaluation system from design offlow to enactment of aim;paying more attention to KPI;providing adequatePertinence to non-competition salary;taking internal salary as important area ofencouragement innovation.
