Exploration Of Vegetable Industrialization Management Mode In Chenggong County

To implement the agricultural industrialization management is an important strategic act not only in readjusting the agricultural structure, but also in highly increasing the farmer's income and realizing the new agricultural economy. As the major vegetable base of Yunnan Province and a famous national vegetable trading center, the vegetable industry in Chenggong County has had a preliminary scale after several-year development. However, as the industrialization management constantly goes in deep, together with various historical and realistic factors, plenty of problems emerge out unavoidably and obviously. The vegetable industrialization in Chenggong goes in what way and how it develops are focus questions worthy of consideration.A typical leading vegetable enterprise was selected as an example for investigation and analysis. This study explores the management mode of this company and the various interest linkages between the company and the farmers. After summarizing the questionnaire by statistical package for social sciences, it comes to a conclusion that to make the farmers well-organized and establish the interest distribution system which is called "sharing both the risk and the benefit" among various interest main bodies related with industrialization is the core to develop the vegetable industrialization management in Chenggong.According to the problems buried in the development of the vegetable industrialization management mode in Chenggong, the corresponding policy suggestions and advice had been raised and the author hopes that these suggestions and advice could be helpful and useful references in healthily developing the vegetable industrialization management in Chenggong.
