Research On Serval Key Technologies Of Demand Chain Management With Its Development

DCM is a business strategy that involves the synchronization of demand and supply through customer and partner collaboration across multiple customer and supply chains. The theory framework of demand chain and its management are depicted. Some key technology about DCM such as demand forecasting, demand chain optimization and demand collaboration are deeply studied and demand chain management system based on J2EE technology is designed and implemented. Firstly the review of demand chain management study is presented and the theory framework of demand chain management is structured. It contains three tiers including the theory of demand, demand chain and demand chain management. Demand forecasting methods are reviewed and a new concept and its implementation method of demand forecasting are presented to meet the innovation of competition environment, new requirements about demand forecasting such as category forecasting. Product category forecasting is the result of products life cycle shortened. In this thesis, a new data mining method based on artificial neutral network is used for product category forecasting and lead to good results. And it has integrated in demand chain management system. Some pitfalls in demand chain optimization are pointed out and some principles about demand chain optimization are given. And based on these theories, two optimization models based on Mobile Agent and bus are presented. Based on the characters of ESB and the requirement of demand collaborative, a optimization model based on ESB is presented. This model can meet some requirements perfectly, including agility, real time response and interaction requirements. The core functionality of demand chain collaborative infrastructure based on ESB is implemented by J2EE technology.
