Construction Study Of Enterprise Sustainable Competitive Advantage Based On Knowledge

The thesis adopts the methods of normative research, logic induction, case analysis etc., starting with the analysis of characters of dynamic circumstance and of dynamic circumstance challenging the enterprise, basing on the comparing, analyzing and evaluating the traditional competitive advantage theory, we discover that the enterprise competitive advantage originates in the knowledge.Then, discussion of relationship is launched among the three concepts of the knowledge, the enterprise ability and the sustainable competitive advantage. The discussion indicates that the back of the enterprise ability is knowledge and the change of knowledge will cause the change of the enterprise ability. On the foundation of rebuilding the enterprise ability system, the author further points out that the updating process substance of knowledge is the process of the enterprise ability circulation. The point to enterprise to obtain competitive advantage is that achieving enterprise ability circulation and the static ability and dynamic ability both be placed in "strong--strong" area in the competitive advantage matrix.According to above analysis, to develop the enterprise sustainable competitive advantage based—knowledge, firstly, the enterprise should absorb knowledge extensively including inner and outer enterprise; secondly, the enterprise should establish learning organization and carry out organizational learning.
