This paper summarizes enterprise competitive advantage theory, sustainable competitive advantage theory and strategic dynamic theory. Based on these theories, we construct Strategic Dynamic Model (SDM) which is used to analyze enterprise sustainable competitive advantage dynamically by integration and innovation. This model is composed by fundamental module, dynamic module, control module and router module and these modules form a complete dynamic analysis procedure. Starting from this line of thought, we research the relations among competitive levels, performance levels and enterprise boundary while advancing performance levels system of competitive advantage and defining enterprise boundary model. We contact SDM with competitive advantage levels system, performance levels system and enterprise boundary equilibrium and we also explain the actual meaning of some physical parameter in SDM. Finally, we advance an analytic normal formula based on SDM and take Haier Group as empirical example to demonstrate the analysis. By analyzing, the analytic normal formula advanced match the practical situation of Haier Group remarkably which demonstrates this analytic normal formula is reasonable and instructional.
