Enterprise globalization is a gradually evolvement process that an enterprise expands its market from national to international. High demands are needed for the manager in enterprise globalization, and the human resource managements decide the capability of the enterprise to obtain its strategic aim in larger extent. Strategic human resource management (SHRM) is a totally new concept of management for modern enterprise, which is different from the traditional human resource management who only plays a general function in the management, but the SHRM uses a more guided method to explore the mutual relation between the human resource managements and organization, combines the compete stratagem of the organization with all kinds of activity in the human resource management, and can help the organization obtain the compete advantage. This thesis analyzed the enterprise globalization and its influences to the human resource management in detail, and discussed the matching relation between the enterprise globalization and Strategic Human Resources Management. By analyzing the concrete examples, the idea and method of the Strategic Human Resources Managements, which are suitable for the Chinese enterprise to obtain its globalization stratagem, were put forward in this thesis. The aim of the SHRM presented in this thesis is to construct the sustained competitiveness for the enterprise by service; the center of the SHRM is to localize human resource management; the contents of the SHRM are strategic development managements.
