Research On The Management Of Enterprise Financial Flexibility

As the world economics integration and market environment's fast changing,the traditional rigid financial management can not satisfy the needs of the sustainable development of enterprises,flexible financial management model emerged.This pattern has broken through visible boundary of the rigid financial management pattern,and it is a kind of agile and flexible financial management pattern.However,the financial management have many features such as large-scale,multi-content,in order to make research more focused,this paper will focus on Finance management's core of the financial management activities—flexible capital structure management.Firstly,the paper defines the concept of flexible.Secondly,through the analysis of flexible financial management,the paper expands the connotation,the type and the content relating to flexible capital structure,as well as the function of the enterprise implementing the capital structure flexibility management.Thirdly,the paper analysis the relation of flexible capital structure and the cost of capital,financial leverage as well as dividend policies.On this basis,utilizing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model has calculated reasonable sector of the capital structure maitaining under the indefinite factors,as well as has analysised regulation means and condition of implementing flexible capital structure.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the capital structure of our country enterprise,the thesis put forward some suggestion and countermeasure about the application of flexible capital structure in our country enterprise.
