Management Information System Flexible

This paper brings forward a new framework of Flexibility in MIS. The author considers that Flexibility in MIS can be analyzed in Forward-Flexibility and Back-Flexibility. Forward-Flexibility has been discussed by the method which analyses requirements of clients in flexible. In this area, requirement has been analyzed in the method of joinning the soft system method and the hard system method.Turn to the analysis in the Back-Flexibility, the reseach has been divided into two different parts(technical-Flexibility and interface-Flexibility). In technical area, according to the ranges of changes in environment, author considers that there are three methods which can improve the Flexibility in MIS. When changes in environment are too small, they interpolate new codes to imporve flexibility; when changes are major, they add new templates; when changes are mortal, and they can amend and recombine system. In the discussion of interface-Flexibility, author highlights how to optimize flexibility in the Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).In the following part of this paper, author analyzes flexibility in the Oracle Applications and Workflow ERR In the end of this essay, the research of Rexibility in MIS has been summarized. And the bright prospect has been mentioned and concentrated.
