Supply chain management (SCM) and business process reengineering (BPR) are two kinds of management modes to seek to promote the competitiveness from outside and inside of organization border by enterprises, while face to outside market with predominant custom, fast changing, keen competition and various kinds of inside environments with high cost of production. Two theories are pursued to pay close attention worldwide from 1990's. But the research and practice are still in ascending stage of development, especially while SCM becomes the environment.The traditional business process needs to expand further.The recent years, with the times of tiny-profit inindustry of home-electricity, many home-electricity manufactories in china entered the industry of logistics one after another in order to look for a new increase point of profit. Under the competitive market environment, the competition of enterpresions is becominging the competition of supply chains. So we must begin to research the business process reengineering of home-electricity based supply chain management.At first this paper takes the respect of market environment and development trend that home-electricity manufactories face, and then makes a conclusion that logistics is very important for the future success of home-electricity manufactories and analyze the present logistics condition and the existing problems in. it takes in some useful aspects to the fields of logistics in order to supervise the BPR of home-electricity manufactories.Secondly through analysis of CHH company's the business process, today's advanced management concept,this thesis tries to optimize and redesign the business process.
