Stimulation Mechanism's Humanism Basis

From the ancient to the present,no matter in the east or in the west,stimulation mechanism plays a so great role in social life as to potentially promote the development of human beings and society.The creation, formation development and use of stimulation mechanism are closely connected to human beings themselves insistently.That is to say stimulation mechanism has very deep humanism basis.This thesis only makes some superficial illumination and discussion.This thesis discourses the topic from two aspects: "Analysis of Conception" and "Meaning and Application in Practical Practice".The first part "Analysis of Conception"is divided into the analysis of "Stimulation Mechanism and Humanism" and the combination that combine with the two analysis.This combination is the analysis of "Stimulation Mechanism's Humanism Basis".The second part discourses from concrete and discrete aspects.The concrete aspect is embodied in "Management of Enterprises"and "Cultural Education".The discrete aspect is embodied in "teamwork".In the first part,the writer divides the analysis of the conception "Stimulation Mechanism and Humanism" into two parts: Chinese and Western,more detailedly analyzing the two conception.In the second part,according to the need of the practical life,the writer attaches importance to application of "Management of Enterprises" with more space."Stimulation Mechanism"is mainly the conception of management psychology.The analysis of the conception is embodied in the discourse of "Historical Evolution's Process"that we should sort well.Considering "Humanism"is a basic theory of philosphy,the analysis of the conception is more academic.After discoursing the analysis of the conception "Stimulation Mechanism and Humanism",the important and difficult part of this thesis:the logic analysis of "Stimulation Mechanism's Humanism Basis" is mainly discoursed from five aspects obtained by comparison to the two analysis: "Stimulation Mechanism" and "Humanism".The Five aspects are "Behavior Science", human beings"'Nature", human beings' "Potential Energy", "Cognitive Theory", "Social Action" .
