Studying Of Stimulation Mechanism After Enterprise Restructure Of The Vehicle Repair Enterprise In The West Of Lanzhou

Motivation is a kind of mental stimulating process for leading people and their behavior doing well to realize the aim of the organization. Stimulation mechanism means a system to dealing with the cooperative problem between worker and manager. Reasonable and scientific stimulation mechanism plays a very important role to manage an enterprise successfully.The year of 2005 is the depth reforms time for Chinese railway system. A big reform had happened in the Vehicle Repair Enterprise in the west of Lanzhou. There are five Vehicle Repair Enterprise had restructured together. The old construction of stimulation mechanism can t meet demands of enterprise administration far in today. So must structure the more performance stimulation mechanism rational to be suitable and implement.This paper is positive study construction of stimulation mechanism for the Vehicle Repair Enterprise in the west of Lanzhou after the organization restructured. The objective of this article is to find out a method to solve the existing problem of the certain enterprise.This paper is not only studying the theory, but also the discussing of concrete means,method and technique of construction of stimulation mechanism. By the discussing of this article I tried to find out a method to solve the actual problem of the Vehicle Repair Enterprise in the west of Lanzhou at the same time I also hope that I can provide an effective train of thought for other railway enterprise which are confronting the same problem as the Vehicle Repair Enterprise in the west of Lanzhou.
