With the global market, the drastic competition and the giant enterprisescale while customers' demand uncertainty and individuation in economic age,the competition of enterprises has been every aspect of the whole supply chain.So the study on integrated supply chain management (ISCM) in economiccommerce (EC) has been a hot area of the management science.The main purpose of the paper is to provide systematic programming, andconsummate supplier relationship management and customer relationshipmanagement. This article adopts methods of comparative analysis, qualitativeand quantitative combination.Firstly, it lodges the background and reality sense of the research task,analyzes the research condition of home and abroad of EC and SCM, andsummarizes the development. It analyzes the influence of EC to ISCM andbrings forward problems of ISCM at present and the needs of integration.Secondly, aiming at the lack of systematic programming of ISCM, itprovides three successive phase integration in SCM, which includes bottomdata integration and enterprise interior integration, and enterprise exteriorintegration and integration supply chain dynamic alliance. It brings upcorresponding system support based on problems of every phase. It studiesinformation integration of SCM in EC based on supply chain informationintegration .It analyzes supplier relation management and customer relationshipmanagement, which traverses supplier evaluation system based on e-commercein SRM and puts up quantitative analysis in DEA/AHP. It constitutes operationwork and client intercommunion and decision making etc modules.Finally, there is a case study of Wal-Mart's ISCM, which includessuppliers management,customer demand management, logistics distributionand technology support of EC.
