Power Universal Service In Gansu Province

Electrical power universal service means that all the people have access to electricpower and can afford to buy it. This paper is a research on the universal service supplyand payable ability in GanSu Province. The research work includes: data collection andclassification, deep analysis on the basic condition in GanSu Province, the commercialbenefit from the service, the ability of the consumers to pay for the service and socialbenefit. Based on the research, the achievements and existing problems of the electricpower universal service have been concluded and some suggestions have been proposed.
