Knowledge Evolution And Knowledge Management

Knowledge is always closely combined to human beings and human practices as soon as it came into being. Studies on knowledge date back to the Ancient Greece Time, philosophers during past dynasties had always been reflecting the essence, the origin, the existing mode, the function and the evolutive laws of knowledge. Knowledge evolution has been an important proposition in the subject of Philosophy of Science, philosophers like Karl. Popper, Thomas. Kuhn, Paul. Feyerabend etc. put forward their patterns of the scientific knowledge evolution from different points of view after lucubrating. On studying these patterns, I concluded that knowledge innovation is the common essential meaning.Nowadays, with the rapid development of knowledge economy, knowledge management has emerged as times required, aiming at realizingknowledge innovation. Making a comprehensive view on the knowledge management studies both home and abroad, we can find that most of them discussed from the management view, taking modern IT as the key core. However, the real core of knowledge management should be knowledge instead of IT. Thus I made knowledge as the starting point and wrote from the view of the philosophy of science and technology, linking up knowledge evolution and knowledge management with knowledge innovation. Reflecting knowledge management from the philosophy high, I tried to fill the philosophy blankness in the theoretical research of knowledge management. Meanwhile, according to the principle of relationship of theory to practice, I made a review of the practice of knowledge management in China and put suggestions to right errors in them. In conclusion, I dissertated the system theory trend of knowledge management and the inevitable management thoughts regression trend from reductionism to systemic holism.I exerted research methods such as literature consultation, antitheses, induction, deduction and systems analysis in order to analyze knowledge management from the view of knowledge evolution for the first time and found out the correlation between them. After careful studying, I found that knowledge innovation is the essential meaning of knowledge evolution, while knowledge management is aimed at realizing it through building feasible creative soft and hard environment. So knowledge innovationbecomes the natural conjunction between knowledge evolution and knowledge management. Through studying the constructing process of the knowledge innovation environment, I gave prominence to the important function of knowledge share, pointed the key path of attaining the share atmosphere, analyzed the application status in china, found the proper pattern of knowledge management, in order to rich the theory researches and boost the practice experience through providing new reference value.
