Having entered to WTO, Chinese insurance market will be opened gradually upto foreign companies, the cry of "wolfs coming" is higher and higher. So it is a seriousproblem for Chinese insurance companies how to compete furiously with foreignfull-blown insurance companies which have existed for several hundreds years.Out of question, it is the only way to intensify the core competence of nativeinsurance companies. And Ping'an Insurance Company has already put into practicein this aspect.This thesis mainly discusses on Ping'an Insurance Company how to enhancehuman resource management, and how to make it be one of its core competences.Using value equilibrium model, this thesis takes some cases to analyze the humanresource management of Ping'an Insurance Company on the base of plenty of dataand human resource management theory and value equilibrium theory. And then, thethesis points out its positive and negative parts. In final, it gives some advices toheighten the core competence. I hope that this thesis could supply native insurancecompanies with new ideas that they could enhance its human resource managementand could analyze and solve the problems of management.
