After Dec. 11th, 2004, Chinese Insurance maker open for the foreign insurance companies. There is two years'time for the Chinese insurance companies to adapt themselves for the competitive market. Accordingly, the domestic insurance market which is monopoly by the PICC, Pacific Insurance, China life and Ping an Insurance will replace by the entrance of many foreign direct invested insurance companies. The diversity marker promotes the emerging and buyout. China insurance industry should find an effective way to promote their core competitive, and how to maintain their market share in the new status of the domestic insurance market.This article depends on the entering of WTO, based on the character of insurance industry, infer to several crucial reasons for the core competitive. The conclusion of this article designs the system of insurance companies'core competitive, and find a constructive way of Chinese insurance industry which is based on a newly research from human resource management to take a new market share against the foreign direct invested insurance companies.
