Modern management system is widely applied in enterprise, the enterprise has obtained the unprecedented development under the background of knowledge economy. Under the knowledge economy, the most important competitive element is human resources, so how to make the enterprise human resources management has become the problem and points of enterprise. Insurance is a human resource intensive industry, especially after the accession to the WTO, the insurance industry competition by multinational insurance companies after the shock of insurance enterprise product competition has encountered the bottleneck. How to break through the bottleneck, realize the enterprise competition ability advantage? Maximum how to play a role in human resources, not only as a general understanding of the business community, but also into the insurance enterprises in market competition, to enhance their own strength, the main starting point to build the core competitiveness of enterprises.Ping An insurance as one of China’s insurance three giants of the insurance company, in recent years obtained the long-term development. Especially in the homogenization of serious competition situation, how to form the enterprise’s own advantage, competitive advantage through the implementation of capacity building strategy, and is the focus of Ping An insurance to build the core competitiveness. Since the Pingan Insurance Jiyuan branch was established in the regional industry has made great achievements, the first thanks to the enterprise of the importance of human resources management, followed by a career planning and scientific management of the company’s human resources, moreover through the performance management and promote the maximization of human resources role, thus formed the scientific management system. However, on the current situation of human resources management at present Pingan Insurance Jiyuan branch, the human resource management of the enterprise has encountered the bottleneck, how to give full play to the effectiveness of human resources, how to carry out the performance management effectively, how to solve the practical problems of human resources management, how to best manage the environment, how to innovate the management measures of this series problems have restricted the company human resources management, and formed a certain dilemma to some extent. Based on this, in view of the current situation of human resource management in the company the author summed up the human resource management of the company’s predicament, through the comparative analysis, model analysis, investigation and interview method to analyze the concrete problems existing in the company’s human resources management, and puts forward some creative thinking and suggestion according to the question.This paper firstly for human resources management of Ping An insurance company of Jiyuan City, the diagnosis; second, through the problem analysis, constructs the optimization scheme of the human resources management; third, innovation, innovation system, and provides a way for path optimization and management innovation of human resource management of the company.
