In this dissertation, the development of E-business in Chinese companies isdiscussed. Piles of files and cases are compiled and rearranged to support B2B is theright mode for companies, along with current situation of E-b and economicenvironment domestic and international develop tendency. By series of succeed casesbased on E-b value chain, many inspiration are gained, a E-b value appraisal system isbuilt and the development strategy and creative tactics are pointed out which fit forChinese companies engaged in E-b.The main contributions in this dissertation are shown as follows:First, the concept, and sorting of E-b are introduced, and the development andcurrent situation of E-b are analyzed.Second, an E-b value appraisal system is built.Third, the shortcomings of traditional analytic hierarchy procee (AHP) arepointed out, and an AHP method based on fuzzy simulation is proposed, then threecompanies are evalued in E-b by the provided method.Finally, the development strategy and creative tactics are pointed out which aresuit for Chinese companies engaged in E-b, and the experiences gained fromsuccessful E-b cases. |
