Creating a manufacturing industry that rivals international powers will not only help strengthen the country's overall national strength,but also help promote the country's gradual transformation into a true world power.After entering the new era,China's manufacturing enterprises have encountered various challenges.If they can innovate and upgrade the current business model,the long-term development of enterprises will be just around the comer.Therefore,from the perspective of long-term development,it is necessary for manufacturing companies to accelerate innovation and upgrade the current business operation model.As a small and medium-sized manufacturing company,Nuclear Wind is also at a critical stage in business model innovation.This article takes Nuclear Wind Company as an example to conduct in-depth research on the relevant content of its business model innovation.First,based on relevant theories,the current status of the nuclear wind company business model is elaborated,and the problems in its business model are identified.Secondly,based on the actual situation of the nuclear wind company,the nuclear wind company business model innovation evaluation index system is constructed through questionnaires,and the nuclear wind company business model innovation evaluation model is constructed according to the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Thirdly,according to the previous article,the nuclear wind company business model innovation evaluation model was constructed to evaluate the nuclear wind company's business model innovation ability.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the business model of the nuclear wind company,combined with the evaluation results of the core model of the business model of the nuclear wind company,the business model innovation strategy applicable to the nuclear wind company is proposed in a targeted manner.The research results are as follows:(1)The business model of the nuclear wind company has problems such as unclear target customers,inaccurate business positioning,poor maintenance of partnerships,and weak profitability.(2)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation score of the nuclear wind company's business model innovation level is 73.31,which is at the "general" level,and the business model needs to be improved.(3)Propose the nuclear wind company business model innovation strategy:accurately target customers;build value network,optimize network form,innovate business structure;enhance value maintenance,integrate industry resources,optimize talent management;enhance value realization,innovate profit model,adjust Income structure.The research in this paper is conducive to enriching the content of business model innovation research,improving the level of nuclear wind company's business model innovation,and also providing reference for business model innovation of other manufacturing companies.
