The enterprise culture is innate and change continually, it is the value concept to instruct and restraint the whole enterprise. The key to study enterprise's culture is to highlight the inherent value concept, combine enterprise's survive and development environment, judge it with the according with of business strategy development, speed up mutually touching and adjusting between the enterprise's culture and strategic development goal, promote the effective implementation of the business strategy, and make enterprises on the way to health of sustainable development at the last.In 2002, Dongfeng Motor Corp. Ltd has stripped the none-automobile business and social function part that belong to the base in ShiYan City, and set up the ShiYan complementing industry Group with this part. This action was not only met the Dongfeng-Nissan's new situation with strategy of cooperation and restructuring, but also open the prelude that Dongfeng Corp. set up the modern enterprise system and begin strategic reform, so it has great sense to the existence and development of the ShiYan complementing industry Group and affiliated unit.This paper explains the strategic meaning of the separation of main and secondary business activities of Donfeng Corp., analyzed the Internal and external environments of the ShiYan complementing industry Group, proposed the development strategy of 5 years, that is, confirmed two threads around reforming and developing, Construct three platforms of industry chain, function chain and plate chain, Implement four great strategies of reforming system, business restructuring, management innovation and key item strategy, and at last .realize six goals.The strategy needs the adapted culture of enterprises to support. This paper explains . the enterprise culture theory, defined the requisition for culture of the business strategy, the meaning and content of enterprise culture, the functions and the purpose that the enterprise culture is established, the relationship between culture and strategy, analyzed the condition and characteristic of enterprise culture in Dongfeng Corp. and the ShiYan complementing industry Group. To solve the problem that group's existing cultural system being difficult to meet the needs of group's new strategic development, this paper has put forward a good solution to established new enterprise culture through constructing again in culture, thus support the promotion and development of group's strategy.About constructing group's culture, the paper explained it's purpose, theory, guidelines, goal, principle and especially introduce the enterprise culture after constructing. As to idea culture, the paper propose a enterprise wish that is "become ShiYan Group of complementing with remarkable service and modern enterprise system", a enterprise aim that is "create value for customer, create the chance for staff and create benefit for society", and a enterprise spirit of "honest, careful, service and innovated".In addition, the paper also give the explanation to following: the needed system culture of "the clearly organization, the perfect system, the management with human nature, and benefits-sharing"; the behavior culture of "leader first, model shows the way, staff follow the behavioral norm"; the material culture of "utilized rationally, unified the norm, established the beautiful and convenient image".To guarantee the concrete implementation of enterprise culture strategical planning in 5 years, the paper also gives the specific explanation on Group's measures in future, including concept culture advance measure, system culture advance measure, behavior culture advance measure.Finally, as an organization stripped off from DongFeng Corp., if it wants to restructuring the enterprise culture, the ShiYan complementing industry Group needs inherit the original advantage in enterprise culture, at the same time, reject, improve and innovate to the disadvantage, of course it is based on the premise of adapting to strategic development.
