The organizational urban structure of Chongqing makes the elasticity of supply of urban land relatively heavy , but there are a great deal of restriction factors at the same time,,2. According to the annual average delivery volume and demand of the urban land put forward in 《 urban overall plan of utilization of land in Chongqing》, calculate that the total delivery volume of the urban construction land in Chongqing is 132132.96 sq. km. to appear in 2005-2010, Total demand is 206. 24 sq. km, imbalance between supply and demand of urban land of Chongqing is conspicuous。3. GDP created from unit's area land analyses benefit of the urban land output in Chongqing, draw the land used for benefit in Chongqing and present the trend that rises year by year. Compared with Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chengdu, Xi'an,etc, the land used for benefit level in the city of Chongqing is low。4. Adopt one degree of models of coordinating to carry on comprehensive appraisal to the land used for benefit influence factor in the city of Chongqing.
