And as thebasis of real estate development link and an important part of urban land supply willdirectly affect the real estate market supply and demand of our country. So figuringout the relationship between land supply and housing prices, can, in theory, a clearerunderstanding of the urban land supply mechanism in our country, at the same timehelp the government in the regulation of real estate is more reasonable and effectivesupply of the urban land, let prices return to reasonable state. Conclusion: indowntown Chongqing urban land supply quantity has significant effects on prices.Urban land supply way will cause house prices higher; Interaction between urban landsupply and housing prices, and house prices is greater than the effect of land price onhouse prices at a lower price.
