With the constant development of economy, the scope of the city is expanding, cityland has been paid more and more attention, the city land utilization benefit to highlightthe growing importance. In recent years, along with the land especially city land supplyand demand is more and more intense, on land use efficiency problem has become a hot.In this paper, based on collecting, summarizing the domestic and foreign researchresults, taking the city land comprehensive benefit assessment as the core, Combinationsthe GIS technology and the evaluation method, in theory, method and technology of landintegrated benefit evaluation for the design and research of. The aim of the study is topropose a set of relatively complete with information technology and model as thesupport, to the database as a platform of land integrated benefit evaluation scheme. Indexselection is the key, through these indicators can achieve effective evaluation of regionalland use comprehensive benefit of authenticity and integrity, and to embody thecharacteristics of GIS spatial analysis, can effectively carry out the space factorrecognition, but also to combine the study of regional information and data is todetermine, in the preliminary selection index based on, using expert selection method forfurther screening, to ensure that the index system of comprehensive, dominance anddifference, ultimately determine the index system. Using factors of paired comparisonmethod to determine the weight of indicators, taking the parcel as evaluation unit,identifying space factor and making the single factor map, use the weighted integratedoverlay model obtained score chart. The whole process after repeated derivation, formsthe perfect technical framework.At the completion of city land use comprehensive benefit evaluation index systemof construction foundation, taking Jilin city as an example, the research method ofverification and analysis, the results show that the Jilin city comprehensive land use efficiency is increased with the series, area gradually increased, explained that theintegrated benefit low land quantity, enhance the effectiveness of large space.
