Appropriate Scale And Benefit Evaluation Of Cultivated Land Transfer In Chengdu And Chongqing Urban And Rural Areas

In recent years,China has been committed to promoting the land system reform,and promoting the development of agricultural modernization.Since 2000,the land transfer in China in full swing to carry out,land transfer is also the focus of the study,Scholars continue to carry out in-depth study of land transfer.Farmland circulation can promote the optimization and utilization of cultivated land resources,and can promote the reorganization,optimization and function of industrial structure.After identifying the basic characteristics of cultivated land circulation and its influencing factors,using the participatory rural assessment(PRA)of the typical urban and rural areas(county),township(town)or village community in Chengdu and Chongqing to qualitative analysis of land transfer status and quantitative analysis of the operation of the main body of the appropriate scale,This paper studies the characteristics of cultivated land circulation and its influence,the appropriate scale of cultivated land transfer and the moderate scale benefit evaluation of cultivated land circulation.Draw the following conclusions:(1)From the average age,the average farmer(59)> the agricultural cooperatives(52)> the family farm(46)> professional big = agricultural company(44).From the degree of education level agricultural company(3.1)>professional big(2.8)>Agricultural cooperatives(2.3)> Family farms(2.2)> Ordinary farmers(1.7).According to the actual situation,the farmers' motives are divided into four categories: household consumption type,cultivated land complex type,income type and entertainment recreation type(such as table).Family farms have a dual nature,that is,to meet household consumption while earning income.Professional large,agricultural cooperatives,agricultural companies are single,to profit as the sole goal.(2)The basic economic characteristics of farmers,the allocation of labor population,the traditional ideas,the natural environment of cultivated land,the policy of cultivated land circulation and the conditions of traffic location is the dominant factoraffecting the flow of cultivated land in Jiangjin area;Farmers who have already transferred arable land have a relatively strong willingness to expand their scale of operation.The simulation shows that the labor is suitable for the scale of cultivation of8.5 acres,from the survey data show that the labor is a total of 1.34 acres of arable land,labor are moderate scale of 7.16 acres.(3)The empirical data are selected from the village of Ciyun Town,Jiangjin District,and the results were calculated on the platform of Chengdu-Chongqing cultivated land.It is known that the appropriate scale of cultivated land is 714.48 mu,of which 3.83 mu of rice is planted,2.29 mu of rapeseed is cultivated,137.16 mu of planting is cultivated,0.12 mu of cultivated pepper is cultivated,427.99 mu of cultivated vegetables are cultivated,1.80 mu of planting and 141.26 mu of corn are planted.The The total income is 1537546 yuan.
