A Study On The Supply Of Public Goods After The Rural Tax-for-Fee Reform

Construction of all-round Well-to -do society requires the prevalent easy life of farmers, all-round prosperity of rural economy, sustainable development of rural society, which based on reasonable and effective supply of rural public goods. Based on the preceding research, adopting the methods of combining theoretical research with practical investigation, according to public theory of goods and public goods supply, taking rural compulsory education of Huoqiu County in Anhui Province for instance, the article introduces roundly supply status of rural public goods after the tax-for-free reform and analyzes deeply its deficiencies, which include nonfeasance of public goods supplier and unreasonable instructure of public goods supply. Realization of effective supply of rural public goods requires policy suggestions presented in the article which are new constructure of rural public goods supply, multi-supplier whom meeting demands of rural society in social transform and the best pattern of rural public goods supply.
