China Academy of Engineering Physics (CAEP) is a comprehensive research institution, which mainly develops theory, experiments, designs and products for national defense science and technology. Nowadays, how to fully make CAEP as a kernel power in the course of high-newly technology industrialization, introduce concept of marketing, form high-newly technology business model for effective conformity of capital, intellectual and technological resources, and really advance high-newly technology business course in CAEP, has become an increasing important research task for people in CAEP.At first, based on investigation and study on developing situation of technological trade and technological market, the high-newly technology enterprises have been deeply researched in the paper, including the definition and characteristics of high-newly technology enterprises, the course of high-newly technology product industrialization, the characteristics of high-newly technology product and major characteristics of high-newly technology marketing.Second, according to the characteristics of CAEP, the problem and challenge faced by high-newly technology in CAEP and the macroscopic and microcosmic environment of high-newly technology marketing in CAEP have been analyzed. The essentiality of introducing marketing concept on the way of developing high-newly technology industrialization in CAEP has been pointed out too, and these lay a stable foundation to present and implement high-newly technology marketing strategy in CAEP.Third, applying with marketing theory and combining with characteristics of high-newly technology marketing, the basic and combination of marketing strategy of high-newly technology for CAEP has been put forward. Based on conformity marketing theory, the basic marketing strategy conforms benefit of society, CAEP and customers, reasonably configures institutes' resources, and optimizes combination of enterprises. Based on it, the high-newly technology marketingstrategies in CAEP, including product marketing, service marketing and market communication has been presented. According to marketing environment, these strategies should be surveyed and systematically combined when enterprise is in the course of implementation.
