Along with the rural economy further development, the farmer consumption level further enhancement, the call of the solution of " countryside, agricultural and farmers " problem further strengthens, the farmer communication market is attracting the telecommunication operation businessmen to pay closer attention to it. To study the farmer communication market's development may be helpful in seeking to the new increment spot of telecommunication profession, It also may expand the developing space of telecommunication companies and enhance the telecommunication enterprises' comprehensive competitive power. The present paper embarks from the market managing theory, by analyzing the Hai' an telecommunication subsidiary company the external environment and internal environment, proposes the marketing strategy of Hai' an telecommunication farmer communication market. According to the multi-services, the multi- products characteristic in Hai'an telecommunication, it makes corresponding marketing strategy. It mainly talks about these subjects: (1) how to fully use the existing resources emphatically, to alive the storage quantity and to increase the activation; (2)How according to the characteristic and needs of countryside, agricultural and farmers and developing the attractive service, to provide for the farmers their truly needed service and form the scale effect; (3) How to guide the farmers to expend telecommunication, solves the hot attire, cold-application problem, to enhance the single plane yield rate; (4)How to seize others market and prevented others usurp ours, to seize the rural market and expand the market share; (5)How to hold the effective market , to reduce the investment, increase the income and enhance the benefit; (6)How to open the key product or the service sale in the countryside, to develop the new service the market.In the article , the author pointed out the problems which exists in the market marketing of the Hai'an telecommunication subsidiary company ,and tentatively discussed the method of solving the problems.
